Shipping Policy
BonRit.com ships via the United States Postal Service using first class mail.
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 14 days of receiving the order.
BonRit.com ships anywhere in the world. Please be aware, however, of the possible shipping delays beyond our control that affect an order going overseas. Overseas orders will cost more to ship than domestic ones.
Customers will be notified of all shipping costs on checkout.
Return Policy
BonRit.com will accept returns on products customers are not satisified with within 14 days of receiving the order. Customer will pay shipping both ways.
Customers must contact us directly before making a return. All returned products must include an RMA number. Customers may get this RMA number by e-mailing us with the reason for return. We will contact customers who request an RMA number and let them know how to return a product.
We only provide replacement or "in-store" credit for returned items. We do not provide refunds. Items to be returned must be shipped back in the condition they were received in with all included accesories such as chains, keychains, etc.
Once a return is received, we will mail out a replacement within 14 days.
